For a more adventurous trail, try the Canyon Trail into the stunning Waimea Canyon, named the “Grand Canyon of The Pacific” by Mark Twain. Located inside Koke’e State Park, this moderate hike is popular for families.
Other options include Waipo’o Falls, a 3.6 miles round-trip that is a must see. For the hiking extraordinaire, the Kalalau Trail is a strenuous 11 mile adventure into paradise.
