There is a standard $50 cancellation fee per reservation. To cancel within 30 or more days notice prior to arrival date, you receive a full refund less than the $50 cancel fee. No refunds are given for less than 30 days notice, late arrivals or early departures.

There is a standard $100 cancellation fee. To cancel within 60 or more days prior to arrival date, you receive a full refund less than the $100 cancel fee. No refunds are given for less than 60 days notice, late arrivals or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended.

We must reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit or offer you an upgrade if a comparable condominium is not available. This rarely happens, but we ask for your understanding in these situations. If we have reserved the specific condominium you have requested and must move you, a staff member will call you to discuss the options available. All guests are guaranteed the condominium category they reserve or an upgrade to the next category.
