Reservation Policies

Please note that many of our condos may be rented as a one bedroom or two bedroom configurations. One bedroom pricing is displayed. Maximum occupancy for one bedroom condos is two people. Please select the two bedroom rate at the appropriate step if you have more than two people in your party. Our Poipu Bay resort is the ideal choice while vacationing in Hawaii. CANCEL POLICY: There is a standard $50 cancellation fee per reservation. To cancel with 30 or more days notice prior to arrival date receive a full refund less the $50 cancel fee. No refunds are given for less than 30 days notice, late arrivals or early departures.

HOLIDAY CANCEL POLICY: There is a standard $100 cancellation fee. To cancel with 60 or more days prior to arrival date receive a full refund less than the $100 cancel fee. No refunds are given for less than 60 days notice, late arrivals or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended.
